Q.   Is your site secure?
A.   Yes, we use a third party secure shopping cart that invokes SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
       technology which is the highest level of security on the internet.  With SSL your sensitive
       data is encrypted and then stored on a secure sever that makes it virtually impossible
       for information being tranferred to be intercepted or used by anyone other then the
       intended recipient.

Q.   How do you use my personal information?
A.   Your personal information is used primarily for the processing of your order.  We do not share
       your information with third parties other than to the extent it is necessary to complete your
       order.  We retain your contact information (name, phone number, email/mailing address) for
       purposes of customer service and update notifications.  We allow you the opportunity to
       cancel our update notifications at any time by contacting us at:

Q.   How do you determine shipping rates?
A.   Our shipping rates are a percentage derived from the total of your purchase. Our suppliers
       actually does the shipping for us and they utilize different shipping sources to ship their
       products.  As a result of this we have adopted a sliding percentage rate scale that emulates
       that of our suppliers.
   
Q.   How long will it take for me to recieve my order?
A.   Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. In most cases
      your order will be processed in 1 - 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays).  You should
      expect delivery of your order within another 5 - 10 days (once again excluding weekends and
      holidays). Although rare, it may take up to 14 days for delivery (depending upon your location).

Q.   Do you offer a printed catalog?
A.   In the interest of our customers, we are constantly adding to the products that we offer.
      Additionally some products become extinct or no longer available. Therefore in order to
     curtail the expense of maintaining a printed catalog and to keep our prices low we do not
     offer a printed catalog.
